Logging in

This page shows you how to sign in to Aurora, what the demo accounts are for, how to reset a password, and how to find your way around once you're in.

  1. 1

Open pms.ha4.net in your browser. The sign-in screen appears with the Aurora wordmark on the left and a sign-in form on the right.

  2. 2

Type your email into the Email field.

  3. 3

Type your password into the Password field.

  4. 4

Select Sign in. Aurora takes you straight to the dashboard for your property.

Expected result

You land on the dashboard with today's occupancy, arrivals and departures. The left sidebar shows every area of Aurora, and your name appears at the bottom of the sidebar.

Try it with a demo account

Want to explore before you connect your own property? The sign-in screen lists ready-to-use demo accounts. Each one signs you in with a different role so you can see what your team will see.

[email protected]OwnerEverything — reports, rates and settings included.
[email protected]Front deskReservations, check-in/out and the calendar.
[email protected]HousekeepingThe mobile housekeeping board and room status.

The demo password is shown beneath the accounts on the sign-in screen. Demo data resets periodically, so feel free to create, change and cancel reservations while you learn.

Forgot your password?

If you can't sign in, double-check the email address and that Caps Lock is off. For a real account, ask the owner or an admin on your team to reset your password from Team & roles, or contact [email protected].

Finding your way around

Once you're in, three things help you navigate:

  • The sidebar on the left is your main menu — Dashboard, Calendar, Reservations, Rooms, Housekeeping, Guests, Rates, Reports and Settings. Select any item to jump there. On a phone, tap the menu button (☰) in the top bar to open it.
  • Dark mode toggles with the sun/moon icon in the top-right corner. Aurora remembers your choice.
  • Your profile sits at the bottom of the sidebar (and the avatar in the top-right). It shows who you're signed in as and your role, and is where you sign out.
